Policies & Guest Standards


At Blush Salon, we believe luxury is found in both beautiful results and mutual respect. These policies exist to protect our artists, honor our guests’ time, and ensure every visit feels seamless, elevated, and enjoyable.


By booking with Blush, you agree to the following:


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Cancellations made 48–24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, late cancellations, or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
     

Missed appointments not only impact your stylist but also prevent other guests from receiving services. Thank you for honoring our time as we honor yours.


Deposits

Blush reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit or prepayment for:

  • Large or extended appointments
  • Extension Applications
  • Guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows
     

Deposits are applied toward your service total.


Inclement Weather Policy

There is no penalty for cancellations due to unsafe or severe weather conditions.
We will always communicate closures or delays as early as possible and ask that guests do the same. Your safety is our priority.


Color Adjustments & Redos

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your color service, Blush is happy to offer a one-time adjustment under the following terms:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of your original appointment.
  • Adjustments are for refining tone, depth, or balance — not for a change of mind or a new look.
  • Requests after 7 days will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
  • No refunds on services.
     

Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and the time of every guest.

  • Arrivals 10+ minutes late may require a modified service or reschedule.
  • If your full service cannot be completed, the full service fee still applies.
  • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be marked as a no-show.


Respect & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if a request is unsafe, unrealistic, or compromises hair integrity.
