We respectfully ask that you provide 48 hours' notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 48 hours' notice, we may be unable to fill that time slot. We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times; however, this is an inconvenience for your stylist and also means our other clients miss the opportunity to receive the services they need.
Cancellations made between 48-24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours and No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
By booking, you agree to this policy.
Deposits: We reserve the right to require a deposit for appointments if the client has a history of cancellations or late arrivals. Extension clients will also be charged
Inclement Weather Policy: There is no penalty for cancellations due to severe or unsafe weather conditions. We will make every effort to provide advance notice in the event of closures or appointment cancellations and ask that clients do the same. Safety always comes first.
